Currently, I am an elementary and middle school Spanish teacher, and I have been teaching these grade levels since 2016. Additionally, I have experience tutoring individually, and I have been working with this tutoring service since 2013. Lastly, in the summer of 2014, I taught an English as a Second Language (ESL) class in my local community. These experiences have allowed me to incorporate both writing and language skills into the classroom and share my passion for the Spanish language and culture with my students.
I love being able to contribute to a student's learning experience. I especially love it when a hard concept for a student becomes an easy concept at the end of the session! I am extremely passionate about writing, and being able share that passion and knowledge with other students is the most rewarding experience in the world! Besides writing, my other passion in life is the Spanish language and culture. People's passions can be contagious, and if I can spread my love for languages and writing to just one other student, I know that I will have done my job because it will change his or her life like it has changed my own.
