Cancellation

You can cancel a session any time before it is scheduled to start. If you forget to cancel, you will be considered a no-show.

No-Show

If you do not show up for your scheduled session, we will deduct five minutes from your account.

If your tutor does not show up for your scheduled session, we will not deduct any minutes from your account. We will credit you five minutes for your inconvenience.

Low-Minute Balance

Sessions can be scheduled for 30 or 60 minutes. You must have enough minutes available in your account to schedule a session. If you do not have enough minutes 24 hours before the session is scheduled to start, we will cancel the session.

Notifications

We will send you reminders about your upcoming sessions. You cannot email your tutor directly to reschedule or cancel a session. You can manage your schedule and notification preferences from your account dashboard.
