Career Experience

I taught math as a classroom teacher for 41 years. Of course, tutoring was always a part of that job. I taught all levels of math from Algebra I through AP Calculus (AB). Ten of those 41 years were spent at the college level where I taught College Algebra and Trigonometry.

I Love Tutoring Because

having recently retired, tutoring math gives me a way to stay involved with students on a personal level. I love math, and I love helping other people understand and appreciate the usefulness and the beauty of math. I love the moment when the lightbulb comes on and the concept is clearly understood.
