[00:00:08] Welcome to Tutor.com ! I'm glad to help with that!
[00:00:13] How are you doing?

Chase (Customer)
[00:00:32] good and u

Lisa G Y (Tutor)
[00:00:41] Doing well also, thank you.
[00:00:48] Okay, just reading it over, but you have a super start!

Chase (Customer)
[00:00:57] its long

Lisa G Y (Tutor)
[00:01:03] yes, it is!
[00:01:34] wow - this is involved!
[00:01:50] so far looking good .. .

Chase (Customer)
[00:01:59] yes and i have 10 of them

Lisa G Y (Tutor)
[00:02:37] first one is right . . 5/9
[00:02:58] b is right too
[00:03:21] won't the dress pants be out of all the pant choices?

Chase (Customer)
[00:03:44] dress pants is only a choice with dark socks.

Lisa G Y (Tutor)
[00:04:01] right, but it just says what is the probability he will wear dress pants . .
[00:04:10] so out of 14 pant choices, I think.

Chase (Customer)
[00:04:33] so i wasn't sure if it was 4/9 because it will always be dress pants with dark sock or 4/14
[00:05:01] right

Lisa G Y (Tutor)
[00:05:07] good thing to think about; however, it will be out of all of them
[00:05:18] kind of like which socks (dark) is out of all the socks

Chase (Customer)
[00:05:28] i see now.
[00:05:35] 4/14

Lisa G Y (Tutor)
[00:05:40] and that will reduce . .
[00:05:42] to what?

Chase (Customer)
[00:05:59] 2/7

Lisa G Y (Tutor)
[00:05:54] You got it!

Chase (Customer)
[00:06:04] or 29%

Lisa G Y (Tutor)
[00:06:13] checking d next
[00:06:28] Yes, 29%
[00:06:30] very good
[00:06:49] d is perfect
[00:06:58] okay, that brings us to e

Chase (Customer)
[00:07:24] e i think is no. dress pants is 4/14 and the other two are 5 of 14

Lisa G Y (Tutor)
[00:07:32] That is exactly right
[00:07:44] and that is exactly the right reasoning!
[00:07:37] You got it!
[00:07:57] Same chance of shorts or jeans ..
[00:07:59] but not all three.

Chase (Customer)
[00:08:09] 36% = 36 % + 29% + 101%
[00:08:21] the = should be a +

Lisa G Y (Tutor)
[00:08:31] right
[00:08:43] and we had to round some so that makes sense

Chase (Customer)
[00:08:44] whew
