help and tutoring services has been chosen as one of the 25 Best Small Companies
for Women for 2007 by Working Mother. The company is being recognized for its family-friendly
benefits, entrepreneurial and community spirit, and programs to help women advance.
Profiled in the April issue of Working Mother magazine, Tutor.com is celebrated
for its family-friendly policies that include comprehensive healthcare, flexible

Methodology
Working Mother readers nominated small companies with family-friendly benefits and
a culture that helps employees balance their work and family needs. Companies were
required to have between five and 120 employees. Editors scored more than 250 entries
based primarily on three areas of emphasis: work/life benefits, entrepreneurial
spirit and programs to help women advance.
