A message from Tutor.com in regards to the COVID-19 pandemic

We are here to help.

Let me begin by saying, I hope you and yours are safe and healthy. It is a disruptive time, a different world.

As schools and libraries across the country temporarily close, transition to online delivery, or develop "learn from home" lesson plans, we understand many parents and students are facing anxiety about the changes and the unknown. We get it and we want you to know, we got you.

We are asking for a bit of help from you, though. Please help us spread the word that Tutor.com for U.S. Military Families is available to help parents and students through this difficult time.

Tutor.com has approximately 3,000 expert online tutors available 24/7—no appointment needed & at no cost to the user—to provide tutoring, homework help, test preparation and instruction to students (and parents) in grades K-12. The service also has several other tools that can assist students and parents such as drop-off reviews for writing and math, video lessons, practice quizzes, and SAT®/ACT® Essentials from The Princeton Review®. If preferred, students may also pre-schedule sessions with their favorite tutors to create continuity in support.

To access this critical support service, parents and students should visit www.tutor.com/military, select the relevant branch of service, review the eligibility requirements and, if eligible, create an account to get started.

Also, Tutor.com, is offering informational webinars to assist teachers and parents with the shift to online learning. Please, share an invitation with your network to learn from these free webinars.
