my tutor was great and knowledgeable. she gave me correct information and knew what to do. however I feel as if our session took the time it did because I felt rushed. I had the pressure of doing things quickly or she would end the session. she would give me instruction and in the middle of me responding to her she would ask if I was there. I am pretty confident in my abilities with computers so I feel that this interaction would have discouraged older learners.
