Takes to long for a session to start. Longer wait if you choose voice chat or no session at all. 24/7 is not available at night or longer wait. This service was okay 2 years ago but now I spend more time waiting or kicked off while waiting. Fix the wait time or stop offering until you fix wait times. I have waited 20 minutes and that takes away from my studying. If you don't have enough tutors inform student so they are not waiting for nothing.
