Excellent team work when Siliana I believe their name was did not know how to solve the problem they transferred me to an other tutor who did Mr. Kevin K. By the way It's hard to communicate via text only, Several times I have accidently forgot to turn on audio. if, it could ask you for a second check to see if its on or a way to turn on the audio feature inside the session even if it's only chat would be great.
