How many hours per month do I need?

The typical tutoring session is about 25 minutes long, but how long you spend with a tutor is totally up to you. The 3 hour plan gets you about 6 sessions every month. If you think you'll need help more often than that, choose a larger plan.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Tutor.com is a subscription service charged to your credit card (AMEX, Visa or MasterCard) each month. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you'll be able to finish your current month, and we'll never charge your card again.

Can you help me convince my parents?

Sure. We have everything you need to convince your parents that Tutor.com can help you in less time, for less money, and with less hassle.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next monthly billing cycle.

Do I need to schedule an appointment with a tutor?

No. Tutors are online 24/7, and you never need an appointment. If one of your favorite tutors is available, we'll connect you right away. If not, you can wait for a favorite, or let another tutor help you.

Do you have a guarantee?

Of course we do. If you decide Tutor.com isn't right for you within your first 30 days, we're happy to give you a refund for any time you haven't used. And, if you're ever unhappy with a session, let us know. If the session doesn't meet our high standards of quality, we'll credit your account.
