Kristen Becker, M.L.S. Joins Tutor.com Client Services Team
NEW YORK, NY – March 13, 2007– Tutor.com, the world leader in live, on demand homework help and tutoring solutions, announced today that Kristen Becker, M.L.S. has joined the company as a Client Services Manager, Becker will work closely with public libraries offering Live Homework Help in Kentucky and Texas as well as support the successful statewide HomeworkKansas program launched by the Kansas State Library in September 2006. Live Homework Help is an after school program that connects students in the 4th – 12th grades and those taking introductory college courses to an expert tutor online. Prior to joining Tutor.com, Becker served for three years as Director of Liberal Memorial Library in Kansas where she was also an instructor for HomeworkKansas.org training. She also spent three years as the Director of Library and Information Management at Kansas Wesleyan University, creating and teaching courses for university students as well as serving as the university's Webmaster. Becker earned her M.L.S. from Emporia State University and a B.A. in history from Kansas Wesleyan University.
